Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Presto LLC (“we”) collects when you use Prestoclick, why, and who else processes it. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), or your Google account's name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Orders and campaigns: the products you order, the links you give us, quantities, schedules and the prices you paid.
• Payments: Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your card number. We keep Stripe's payment reference and a card fingerprint, which we use to detect fraud and self-referral.
• Technical: the IP address you signed up from and your sessions' IP addresses and browser, used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• Support: the messages in your support tickets, including replies you send by email.

Why we use it

• To run your account, place and track your orders, and credit your balance.
• To send you the emails the Service needs: email verification, password resets, order confirmations and support replies.
• To prevent fraud, abuse of promotions and chargebacks.
• To send newsletters, only if you opted in. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

• Stripe — card payments.
• Mailgun — sending and receiving email.
• Cloudflare — the network in front of our site.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and backups.
• Our supply partners — receive the link and quantity for each order so they can fulfil it. They do not receive your name or email.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived cookie that remembers a referral link you followed, and a cookie that remembers which announcements you dismissed. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Records of payments and credit are kept as long as we are required to for accounting. To close your account or ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at [email protected].
